I had stupidly driven my AWD Lincoln right over an 8" high curb, damaging the pan, a stabilizer bar, and the left wheel bearing assembly. I was able to provide a photo of the car "perched" on the curb; they made the appropriate repairs , realigned the wheels, and rotated the wheels at no charge (the left front wheel was slightly bent). Due to Coronavirus conditions, rather than waiting for my car at the dealership, I dropped my car off and they called me at home when it was finished. It was only a matter of a couple of hours before I received the call. They offered to have the vehicle washed but I declined since I had just washed it the previous day. Contact was very brief but as always, the staff was polite and courteous.
Brought my car in for an oil change at lunch time yesterday and told them I had a bank appointment an hour and a half later. They said they could do it but couldn't work in the car wash. I told them to go ahead. The car was ready with time to spare.

My Lincoln MKC was ready for its first preventative maintenance. A driver came to my home, left me with a similar vehicle for my use, took my car and then delivered it back to me when done. Very professional and excellent personnel. Also, when my car went, it was covered in the usual winter debris. When returned, it was sparkling clean...at no charge!

Salesman was not pushy and allowed us time to look around and discuss our options. When it came time the salesman was very helpful/ knowledgeable and provided us the support we needed to choose our new car. The salesman was honest and did his part to get us a better deal (incentives) on a 2020 Escape than another dealer had been willing to provide for a 2019. Overall this was a very positive car buying experience.
