Holman Ford does not stand by the parts they sell. If a part fails good luck. The staff is rude, obnoxious and will tell you anything just to get rid of you!!!!! I was given a phone number to call and take care of the tire issue myself. The tire company was confused since Holman and all ford dealers have a contract with them. I am extremely disappointed with the service department at this dealership.
I called multiple times trying to get basic information about the first 10k service for my electric vehicle, a Ford Mustang Mach E GT. On my first call, after clearly stating that my vehicle is electric, the service agent told me the service included an oil change. I had to repeat myself 3 times before she understood that the car is fully electric.

I took my car in for an intermittent power steering issue. I was told it would be $199+tax for a diagnosis. Of course, the issue wasn't happening when they checked it. So they tried reprogramming it and got a generic communication code. They recommended replacing the power steering rack and alignment for over $2500. I asked if they checked the wiring, connections, and grounds (all known issues) and they said they did all of that. Alex was great. He processed my service request with speed and efficiency and kept me informed of the progress of the service. Shortly after leaving my car for service I receive a message from the tech with a video of my vehicle being inspected. I could not have been more impressed.

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with their products. I've never liked the dealership setting but this establishment was very different. The staff wasn't pushy. I would definitely visit again and will recommend your place of business to family, friends and colleagues.

They wasted our time! We drove over an hour to get there, then, the GPS takes you to a different location! We were told the vehicle was not at that location but would be there the next day. I never experienced such rude ignorant people in all my 61 years . I went There to purchase a vehicle and no one out of six people ask to help me. when I asked a question about a vehicle I was told to go on line and request information. I would NEVER buy from this dealership. I cannot figure how there in business !!!!!!

Our first initial visit was terrible and I’d give 0 stars. We made an appointment to look at a used car. We walked in for our appointment on a Friday which was assigned to a new-car salesman who wasn’t the friendliest. We were told the manager wasn’t in so we could only “ballpark numbers”. Staff is extremely ignorant. Told by a manager he didn’t care that it was a new car or that I bought it there. Screamed at with profanity from a manager in my face. Over a month to resolve a defective part on a brand new car. They scheduled the wrong day and time after being confirmed with the manager, left trash in my car and peeled stickers off the window and left them jammed in the corner of the dash. Nice people, but can't say it was the best experience. After test driving a vehicle and all but agreeing to purchase it, they then threw in what I perceived was extremely high documentation & registration fees and horrific rates: $844 dealers fees? 4 year financing at 3.9%? 5 year financing at 4.9%?? Rates are supposedly very low now. Where's the deal? It forced us to shop elsewhere. We found another dealership who not only had the same model vehicle (lower miles and better features, but slightly more expensive) who had lower fees and offered 0% financing for 3 years. This was the worst I have ever been treated at a service dept. DavidZane rep in their service dept actually screamed at me and threw the paper work at me for his stupid mistake. He put my car in for oil change but when I told him he was wrong he went crazy by screaming at me. I would never go back there
I’m happy with the car I purchased. However I found this car on my own. I made an appointment and Mark, my associate helped me. He was ok, just not informative and he was all over the place. I think in the beginning he was suspicious of me, but that once he saw my credit score he was fine. Overall it just wasn’t seamlessly and feel like he didn’t guide correctly through the whole process.
This dealership is the best. Staff is always kind and helpful, I would recommend to family and friends. Bought several vehicles and would purchase more.

Great prices, friendly employees and always accommodating. Took my car there to replace a tire and get an oil change. I had a baby shower that day and was pressed for time. They offered me a loaner vehicle so I can go about my day and had my vehicle finished with a fresh wash same day. Couldn’t ask for better service!

I was a little uneasy to keep my appointment but everything was great as it always is. The seats in the waiting room were spaced apart for social distancing and the use of phones for communication worked well. Thank you to the team in the service dept from the people who greet you to the mechanics.

My wife brought the car in as she thought there was an electrical problem. While there they did an oil change as it was almost due. Your company was kind enough to lend a loaner car. Professional, fast and courteous service. Holman provided vehicle pick-up and delivery of my vehicle. Which is a great benefit of owning a Lincoln. That benefit is always appreciated but especially during the Covid-19 "stay at home" orders. I couldn't ask for anything more from Holman.

Due to Coronavirus conditions, rather than waiting for my car at the dealership, I dropped my car off and they called me at home when it was finished. It was only a matter of a couple of hours before I received the call. They offered to have the vehicle washed but I declined since I had just washed it the previous day. Contact was very brief but as always, the staff was polite and courteous.
Brought my car in for an oil change at lunch time yesterday and told them I had a bank appointment an hour and a half later. They said they could do it but couldn't work in the car wash. I told them to go ahead. The car was ready with time to spare.
Quick and easy as usual. Always completed in time frame promised. Have been coming here for years, never an issue and always easy and pleasant to deal with.

They adjusted the arm rest and put on my new plates in about 35 minutes. The lounge was clean and comfortable. All the service agents were pleasant and very friendly.
